A settlement of urban villas with large terraces within the city center are at the heart of the ex CEAT factory regeneration project, a virtuous example of the renaissance and conversion of industrial buildings in residential ones. In one of the apartments the architects created a multifunctional green area, with living, dining and wellness areas. The presence of olive trees, medlar, pink maple trees and bamboo makes the intervention area even more suggestive. Furniture was selected between the Italian most prestigious outdoor collections: Paola Lenti, B&B Italia, Coro.
