The context of this prestigious restoration project is the astonishing view of Umberto I Dock, an evergreen Italian icon. Starting from a rigorous and old internal division, the project focused on transforming the functional hierarchies, giving new life to the interior areas of the house. The result is amazing: a kitchen and a terrace on the dock, where dwellers can watch the stars, and a sleeping area which is discreet, yet full of unexpected wonders. The house is a tiny jewel. A fresh restoration, although it seemed impossible.
