An apartment in the tower that now belongs to the Reale Mutua insurance company, one of twentieth-century Turin’s symbolic rationalist buildings, looks out onto a large terrace that the project envisages as a space to be experienced to the full, considering its scale and its incomparable view of the city. Divided into several areas – dining, living, conversation and relaxation – the open-air space also features an area equipped with a miniature pool with a jacuzzi. The routing and the right degree of privacy are defined by metal planters and pergolas.
